No, it is NOT possible. You are only allowed to enter Vietnam on exact or later date of arrival granted in your Vietnam Visa Approval Letter. In case you change your plan and want to enter Vietnam earlier than the granted arrival date, you are recommended to apply for a new Visa Approval Letter.
