Visa On Arrival is a fast and convenient way to obtain your visa to Vietnam.
The Visa Applicant is required to submit an Online Application Form for a Visa Approval Letter which functions as an official permission allowing its owner(s) to board the flight and have visa stamped at the arrival international airport in Vietnam. Steps as following:
1. Complete the online application form with the following information [Link apply]:
- Full name (exactly as in your passport)
- Date of birth (DOB)
- Nationality
- Gender
- Passport number
- Passport expiry date
- Visa Type/Purpose of visit
- Proposed arrival date
- Proposed exit date
2. Pay the service fee(s). After the Approval Letter is processed, we will forward you a scanned file of it by email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at International Airports only. When you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents ready and will be able to issue your entry visa quickly.
3. Print a hard copy (colour preferred, but not required). Prepare 2 passport-sized photos, your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry), filled and signed entry/exit form and stamping fee in cash. Queue and present your documents (Vietnam Visa Approval Letter, passport, photos) at the arrival counter. Pay the stamping fee and you will receive the visa stamp into your passport issued by the Immigration Office.

The approval letter is available in PDF format, so kindly make sure that you update the latest Adobe Acrobat reader version so as to open the file.
The stamping fee at Vietnam airport is payable by cash only, Vietnam dong or U.S. dollars. no credit cards are accepted.
